CPN4806 is a vector control low cost full closed-loop full digital servo driver designed and manufactured by DSP.Includes three feedback loops (position loop, speed loop and current loop).Can work in position, speed and torque mode: suitable for brushless dc servo motor with drive voltage up to 80VDC and power under 400W.

Iv. Parameter adjustment and setting of the servo system
The parameters of the servo driver are set and adjusted by PremTurner, a special communication control software. PremTuner software has the functions of system configuration, PID parameter adjustment, waveform acquisition, motion control and so on.Please refer to the "software operation manual" for details.

Six, control signal wiring
When single terminal connection is adopted for control signal, the wiring diagram is shown as follows:
Note: when VCC is 5V, R short-circuit;
When VCC is 12V, R is 1K and the resistance is greater than 0.125w.
When VCC is 24V, R is 2K and the resistance is greater than 0.125w.
The resistance must be connected to the control signal.

This driver can supply +5V, Max 80mA power to the encoder.Using four times frequency counting method, the encoder resolution multiplied by four is the number of pulses per revolution of the servo motor.
